Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Tuesday questioned the ED slapping a money laundering case against him in the MUDA 'scam' and once again ruled out his resignation over the issue

Karnataka BJP has said the decision by Siddaramaiah's wife to return the MUDA sites was an indication of guilt on the part of the CM's family.

Siddaramaiah said that there is no possibility of a resignation over the case. “I work with conscience. So there is no need for me to resign,” he said.

Siddaramaiah's remarks came after his wife announced that she would return the 14 compensatory land sites that she received from the Mysuru Urban Development Authority in the wake of the land 'scam' probe.
