Republicans in Bucks and beyond are seizing on comments made and votes cast by Bucks County commissioners Diane Ellis-Marseglia and Robert Harvie last week in their capacities as members of

Bucks County commissioners voted to count ballots lacking proper signatures, violating a Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling earlier this year. The three-member board voted two to one to count these illegal ballots in the Senate race recount.

Legal challenges are expected surrounding the more than 3,000 additional ballots. Also still uncounted are 1,600 overseas and military ballots.
