PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. — Incumbent Republican Rep. Anna Paulina Luna is projected to win reelection in the congressional race for District 13, defeating Democratic challenger Whitney Fox, according to the Associated Press. District 13 covers most of Pinellas County, with part of St. Petersburg voting for District 14.
