A Modesto man is behind bars and a family is mourning their loved one after a deadly road rage incident in Turlock last week.

One person is dead and another person is behind bars after a fight over a road rage incident escalated into a stabbing in Turlock late Friday night, police said.

A “brief verbal altercation” related to a road rage incident at a Turlock apartment complex Friday night escalated to a physical confrontation and resulted in a man being fatally stabbed, according to police.
