The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) announced its readiness to manage the clearance and settlement of options on spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs).

Nasdaq Inc. is planning to list options on BlackRock Inc.’s Bitcoin exchange-traded fund, possibly as soon as Tuesday, allowing investors to use derivatives to bet on or against the world’s largest digital asset.

Options trading for spot Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC) exchange-traded funds are all set to launch on Wall Street on Tuesday, marking a new era of the leading cryptocurrency's integration into traditional finance.

The launch occurs alongside notable inflows into Bitcoin spot ETFs. On Monday, Coinglass data showed that BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) had a daily inflow of $87.95 million, the highest among all 11 US-listed spot ETFs that day.
