The Halloween franchise's timelines are confusing, but the Blumhouse trilogy served as a direct sequel to John Carpenter's 1978 original. The Halloween Ends finale finally saw Michael killed for good...at least in that timeline. While it seemed like JLC was done as her signature character, recent comments to EW offer some doubt. David Gordon Green's movie Halloween Ends put an end to Laurie Strode's (Jamie Lee Curtis) story against Michael Myers. However, the Oscar-winning actress has seemingly opened the door for another return to the franchise.

And, of course, Jamie Lee Curtis is right. Never say never, and Halloween is a franchise that likely won't ever fully die. But seeing a senior Strode fend off bad guys with kitchen knives is something we'd probably be okay missing out on. Or what do you think?
