State Police are investigating a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 64 in Newport News that blocked all westbound lanes Monday morning. The crash happened at mile marker 247, near the Yorktown Naval Weapons Station, around 3 a.m., according to a release. As of 9:20 a.m., all lanes were reopened.

The crash occurred by exit 247 near Lee Hall around 3 a.m. There were major delays while crews were on the scene.
