A dog was euthanized after killing a woman, injuring a man and biting two Boston police officers on Monday evening.

Officers responded to a report of a dog attack on two people around 4:49 p.m. at 35 Dennison St., police said. Inside the residence, police found two adults, a woman and a man, suffering from injuries sustained in the attack. Police said the dog was not inside the residence at that time.

A woman who was bitten by her dog in Roxbury, Massachusetts, on Monday afternoon has died, police said Tuesday morning.
