Kalamassery is a prominent industrial region in the city of Kochi in Kerala, India. It is located 9 km northeast of the city centre and 7 km north of the district headquarters in Thrikkakara. As per the 2011 Indian census, Kalamassery had a population of 70,776 people, and a population density of 2,621/km².
