Yes, there are two different walks as you describe. I don't remember how many stairs to the top of the shorter one, but weather dependent, it might be one not to attempt if mobility is an issue. It's shorter, but it's still steep and there are a lot of steps.
I am handicapped and use an electric mobility scooter. I can walk very short distances. I will be traveling from Dubrovnik to Split and would like to know if this town is worth stopping at. I assume I can't access the "wall" but is there any places to admire the views or other things to see if this town? Thank you for any replies!

Yes, while the wall sounds too difficult, the town is scenic and you see a lot of the wall from town and go to the other end to see it end and have excellent oysters.
